I live near Galena, Lewis Center, Polaris, and Westerville. I love the convenience

We had a great experience with Tima. She was very prompt, right from the start till the closing. She was very invested in finding us the right house, she was as excited as us for finding our first home.
She was so kind, patient and invested throughout the process. She was on top of everything, reachable, communicated everything on time, guided us through other related processes - lender, inspection, closing etc.
We would definitely recommend her as your realtor.

Great person to work with, high energy, very knowledgeable and go-getter. Tima worked very hard and it was always available when I needed her. She was very on point dealing with the other people’s agent, even though that agent was not being very responsive. Tima I kept on top of it and got it all done.

She included other members of the family in the search (e.g., our daughter and boyfriend joined us one day). She genuinely cares for her clients and want to make sure her clients have a great experience. She is very organized and made sure other parties (e.g., bank, title company, etc.) stayed on track. She also provided referrals to service providers (e.g., fence company, plumber, etc.) where needed. We would absolutely use her for future real estate needs.
