Cutler Real Estate asked Terri a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Terri's replies.
1. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I genuinely have a love for helping people find a new place to call home! It's not about finding any house, it's about finding the right house... that feels like home!
In addition to helping buyers, I love assisting sellers with the marketing of their homes to obtain the highest possible sale price and coordinate a smooth transaction resulting in a successful closing.
Developing a life long client base with unlimited growth potential and a flexible schedule, were also key factors in becoming a licensed Realtor. I have been blessed with the opportunity of working with many friends, family and numerous referral customers over the years and I look forward to helping you!
2. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I've been a resident of Stark County for over 35+ years in the Jackson/Massillon area. I like the amount of green space here with minimal traffic, beautiful park systems that bring the community together with various activities and great schools! I love the convenience of Cleveland and CAK (Canton Akron Airport) and loads of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, churches and school activities/sports. Most of all the people here are friendly, approachable and helpful.
3. How do you spend your free time?
I mostly enjoy spending time with my husband doing just about anything or nothing at all. We love time spent with our friends & family, weekend getaways, boating, campfires, listening to music, photography, cooking, golfing, playing cards--love euchre, sporting events and of course... wineries.
4. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
Trustworthy
