1. What is your professional/educational background?
- BS in Ed from The Ohio State University
- Real Estate training from Hondros April 2018
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I was encouraged by a few very close friends in real estate. I met with someone who has recently made the career switch and it seemed like the right fit. I feel like my life as a stay-at-home mom was 21 years of networking experience to prepare me to launch my real estate career.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
Dublin, OH for 22 years (Columbus for 35!) We love living in Dublin, it is a great community that offers so much for its residents.
4. How do you spend your free time?
With friends and family, hanging out, entertaining, going out to eat, offering hospitality at our home.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

We looked for a house for around two years and never once felt rushed. Our experience with Tricia couldn’t have been better! Once she learned our list of what we were looking for, she worked hard to find properties that had most of our interests. Tricia was excellent to work with! She provided guidance when needed and a sounding board as we navigated a major move from PA to Ohio! We decided to build a house in an Epcon Community and since we were far away during the building process, Tricia made a point of stopping by the house to check progress on a regular basis and sent videos so that we could see what was happening! So helpful! Always an encourager! Very thankful she was our realtor for this new adventure!!!
