Stacy Starcher

Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Stacy a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Stacy's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I am a graduate of Malone University in Canton, Ohio (1991), and the University of Dayton School of Law (1996). I have practiced as a medical malpractice defense attorney for 25 years in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and I tried dozens of medical malpractice cases in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I have always been drawn to real estate, particularly residential properties, and transforming them into lovely homes. I also feel strongly about helping people achieve their goals, and home ownership is a goal virtually everyone has.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live at Lake Mohawk and have for the past 4 years. In the wintertime, it is a beautifully serene place. In the summertime, it transforms into a fun resort with boats and jet skis and plenty of opportunity for socializing, if you like. It is lake living at its best.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time with family and friends either making great food or going for a boat ride or doing something outside. I also spend time traveling with my husband.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

1. My tennis shoes to run in
2. My car to go see my favorite people
3. My paddleboard to keep me connected to the water
4. My pontoon boat so I can take a sunset cruise with my husband
5. My iPad or phone to keep in touch

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
