Biography

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have some college education. I started working at Sam’s Club when I was 17. I became a dept manager at 18 and an operation manager by 20. I worked in several areas as a manger for the next 8 years all over the Cleveland and Akron areas until I was able to become a Store Manger at 28. I was a store manager for 12 years. After leaving Sam’s Club a was hired into Lowe’s as a store manager and was with them for 15 years before retiring.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I have always had an interest in architecture and remodeling. Even after I purchased our first home. We used to visit open houses in our area on Sunday’s just to see what was available. Also I have been a manager of Lowe’s for 15 years, so I have a good understanding of materials and cost involved with homes.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Although our street isn’t the quietest it’s in a good location. The backyard is our oasis, since we just finished upgrading it. We have a large patch of woods that cannot be developed in the back of the house. It’s large enough to enable us to have all the family gatherings for holidays and special events.

4. How do you spend your free time?

Currently spending time with our grand kids, working in the yard, always remodeling something in the house, baking.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My Jeep, Trinkets from Vacations.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
