Love seeing Live Music, Playing Music, Working Out, Swimming, Vacationing and enjoying time with friends and family!

This deal almost fell through because the buyers got nervous (first time buyers) Rich was calm, cool and collected the whole way!! He walked the buyers through the entire process to keep the deal moving along and giving the buyers the confidence and knowledge so they felt comfortable and reassured!

I know Rich has been a Realtor all of his life! His knowledge and communication skills are top notch!! He will answer all your questions in terms you will understand.
