Professional/Educational background
I hold a BA in International Studies from American University’s School of International
Service. My career began as Director of Development for a cancer foundation in Los
Angeles. After relocating to Northeast Ohio, I supported non-profits with fundraising and
managed accounts for a local real estate business, which led to my current role in real
estate.

Why real estate?
In essence the ability to connect, support and provide my expertise to those in the journey
of either purchasing and or selling their home brings me great joy – as a trusted advisor
sharing my skillset to help individuals find the next home, a place for memories to be
created and established, is an honor and privilege. With the perspective of having been
raised as an “Army Brat” and now with established roots in NE Ohio, helping others secure
the home of their dreams is a gift beyond measure.

Current Residence and Preferences
I reside in Fairlawn, Ohio which offers a strong community, excellent schools, abundant
nature trails, and convenient access exploring amenities in Cleveland and neighboring
major cities.

Free Time Activities
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, walking, reading,
gardening and baking.

Romi did an excellent job of helping me find a great twinplex. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and stepped in to coordinate solutions to correct issues I noticed at the property. Romi displayed professionalism by being punctual for every appointment, and by assisting when she could to make sure all of the requests from the lender and title company were fulfilled in a timely fashion to meet the closing date. Upon our first meeting with Romi Brozeit, we knew immediately that she was the perfect real estate agent for us as first-time home sellers.
