1. What is your professional/educational background?

BS in Business Administration
BS in Elementary Education K-8
Master’s degree in Elementary Education
Hondros College - Real Estate

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I was a teacher for over 20 years and the transition to real estate was a natural and comfortable career choice. I thoroughly love helping people and making a positive impact in their lives. Having moved many times myself, I understand the challenges that come with the process of buying or selling a home. That’s why I focus on making the journey as stress-free as possible while building trusted relationships and taking the time to truly understand my clients’ needs. For sellers, I love to offer creative advice and sometimes provide sweat equity of my own to help sell their home. I love the different personalities I come across and feel comfortable talking to people and showing them I am here to help & support them.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in Geauga County, in the small township of Middlefield. After moving around to many different states and cities, I have come full circle and returned to the community where I grew up. A place to call home! I love the small rural setting and living on 5 acres with no zoning is also a big bonus. Middlefield is home to many small businesses and I love the entrepreneurial spirit here.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I love spending time with my family. I love to travel & especially love beach vacations. Time with friends is also a blessing. I love to hike, walk, bike and play card games. I also enjoy going to wineries or coffee shops to listen to live music.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

Bible, my family, my friends/support system, precious photos & a few sentimental pieces of jewelry I got from my mom & mother-in-law

It was a blessing to find Pam for my first time buying a house. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of things, that everyone should be when buying a home! Pam put in extra effort, because I work 3rd shift.

My husband & I worked with Pam for a few months to find our new home. She has a good eye & paid attention to what we wanted. Her attention to detail was important to us when trying to find our house. She worked closely with our lender and the selling agent to make sure all paperwork was submitted timely. We enjoyed working with Pam & we would recommend her if anyone we know needs a great realtor. My husband and I spent about four months searching for our first home. We looked throughout several different cities, multiple counties, and at different types of homes. We changed our minds on different details easily a dozen times. Pam is quite simply the best realtor out there. Pam was helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout our entire experience with her. She gave us excellent advice on what to look for, how to shop for a home, and how to intelligently weigh our options. She followed through on everything she said, every single time. She stayed up late doing research for us and she worked tirelessly on our search. As first time home buyers, having her in our corner was invaluable. I have already recommended her to family members, and I would never use a different realtor. We are so grateful for Pam’s help and guidance. Throughout the whole process, we completely felt like she was there for us and that she wanted us to be happy, not that she was there to make money from us. She was happy for us when we found a home, and even after we closed on our home and moved, she has continued to assist us with questions and concerns as first time home owners. She treated us like we were her only clients. We consider her a friend and we are so lucky to have found her. We absolutely LOVED Pam. It was our first time buying and home and she made it as painless as possible. She was very patient, kind, understanding, and overall just a fantastic realtor and person. She listened to everything we had to say and understood what we were looking for. She gave her honest opinion and feedback but also didn't discourage us. She wanted to make sure we were happy and we could really see that in her! I would recommend Pam again and again and again. We love you Pam!

I believe that my realtor Pam Conley is the best in all that she is doing. I can not imagine how I would be without her help. Every day she sent me updates on the houses to look at. Always responded to my never ending questions. I felt secure and I knew I could trust her in making this important decisions about buying house. She worked hard,it could be late at night or early morning and she would always answer my text messages or my emails right away. I have my wonderful house now and it is all because of Pam's hard work. She is very knowledgeable,professional, hard working. She is excellent realtor. She understands her clients needs and she always very through. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and will ask her to be my realtor in the future. Very very happy. Pam is the best realtor. She treats her clients as if they are family and supports them 100%. Always available to answer any questions and if not will find the answer for you. Would definitely recommend as a realtor to friends and family.

I’m a first time buyer and was not exactly sure how the whole process worked, Pam helped me every step of the way even working around my night shift schedule.
