Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Melissa a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Melissa's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have been a licensed Realtor® with Cutler Real Estate since May of 2011. I had worked in the hospitality/customer service business starting in 2001 and up until I decided to work in real estate full time in 2018. I am also a proud graduate of Triway High School, class of 2000.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I decided to continue to further my hospitality skills in a much larger capacity. I love the job of helping folks turn their dreams of homeownership into reality and it brings me joy to help sellers accomplish the task of selling their homes. I spent my childhood watching my father become a successful Realtor® and it is gratifying to follow in his footsteps. I wanted a job that keeps me connected to people and comes with new challenges every day and real estate suits both of those needs.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live on a historical street near downtown Wooster, Ohio. I love the tight knit community of Wooster and the wonderful traditions our downtown celebrates. I love that Wooster is filled with committed members of the community, always working on making it better and more diversified.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I love to spend time off with my children and husband. We spend as much time as we can outside, enjoying the Ohio seasons. And I love to cook!
