Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Milan a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Milan's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

Realtor Emeritus NAR- 48 Years experience as a Realtor- Former Broker owner Salchak Realty Inc. Past President Akron Board of Realtors- numerous terms as director for Board of Realtors- Past Realtor of the Year for the Akron board-  Served on/chaired various committees at the local-state association of Realtors- Instructor Ethics/Professional standards- approved appraiser for Probate court Summit, Portage, Stark Counties- serve on Zoning appeals board City of Akron- Represented numerous Banks, Trust Departments," Fannie Mae", and Attorneys for Estates, Bank owned ,and foreclosed properties. Completed many- various Real Estate courses over the years- Studied at the University of Akron.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I originally took the classes with a friend of mine, thinking it may be a Great "part time 2nd job"  ( It lasted 4 months---- I then Quit my day job)

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Akron area. Firestone Park. Great community involvement and spirit. Easy access to Express way system to all areas in the city.

4. How do you spend your free time?

When possible, we have an RV we keep at a lake that I enjoy spending time with family and Grand Children.  

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

"Possessions can always be replaced"!!!!!  I think my family and friends are more to be concerned about keeping. Maybe old pictures to remind me of so many good times.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Happy
