Marcella was absolutely wonderful. We bought out first home in March and she was just amazing. As first time home buyers we had so many questions and they were always answered in a timely fashion night or day. We could count on her.We looked at a lot of homes during the winter time and in the snow as a couple while worked full time she was more then willing to work around out schedule. Most of all what we love about her is when it came to choosing our home she made sure it was everything we could have wanted she negotiated like it was her home.Thank you for being amazing

As a first time home buyer my wife and I were having difficulties finding a home let alone a realtor we trusted. We called Marcella for a house we found on Zillow and from that point on we worked with her the rest of the way. She never pressured us to purchase a home and always reminded us of what we wanted and to not settle. She also put into perspective of raising the price a little bit to get what my wife and I wanted. We looked at many homes and she was very patient the whole time. We finally find a house we loved and was about to back out because of the sellers being kind of stubborn but she was able to negotiate and now we are closing on the house! She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Marcella was exactly the type of person we needed going into buying our first home. She is very knowledgeable and not only knows her stuff but educated us on resources, terminology and of course the process itself. She was patient with us and helped us to realize what it is that we wanted. The best thing about her is that she was swift but thorough. We would be able to set up appointments with her the night before and she would get us in to view the homes we wanted the next day! Her negotiation skills are phenomenal which helped us to relax and enjoy our process of getting into our 1st home. And to top it off, her communication skills are outstanding. She responded to every phone call, text and email that I sent to her and I NEVER had to wait long for a response! We are so lucky to have had a great realtor!

Marcella helped me to find my dream project home. I told her from the start that I wanted a home that needed a lot of work so that I could fix it up exactly as I wanted it, and wanted a place for farm animals. Along the way, I found homes that I thought I liked, but felt a little uneasy about. I thought I would go for them anyway. Luckily, Marcella gently reminded me as I was making decisions the things I told her the first day that were most important to me. With her help, I was able to keep my eyes fixed on what I truly wanted. I seriously can hardly believe how great the home I found is for me. I would absolutely recommend choosing Marcella if you want someone who will fight for you to have the best opportunity for you that meets what you are looking for. She is a great negotiator, and a fun person to work with!
