Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Lianna a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Lianna's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

• Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Akron & Master of Education in School Counseling from Bowling Green State University
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, and education/coaching
• Working full-time as an Elementary School Counselor since Fall 2014
• Began working as a real estate agent in early 2020

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

My late husband, Adam, started his real estate business in 2017. When he got diagnosed with cancer in late 2019, two weeks before our daughter was born, I got licensed to help him and we teamed up as “The Daubermans. Adam built his business on trust, honesty, and transparency. I’ve always loved helping people, hence my career as a School Counselor, and what better way to help people than to represent and guide them through what is typically the biggest purchase of their life! I am dedicated to continuing to build our real estate business the way we would have if Adam were still here!

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in Norton. I love our property because it gives us privacy and a feeling of seclusion, yet we are close to parks, shopping, entertainment, major cities, and family!

4. How do you spend your free time?

I enjoy spending my free time with my daughter, Payton, and our dog, Sadie. We enjoy connecting with friends & family, reading, and spending time outdoors - walking/hiking and doing yard work.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
