Cutler Real Estate asked Linda a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Linda's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

To counsel & assist in helping others to find the American dream of home ownership.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Resident of Grove City.  I love the small town atmosphere, yet convenience of larger city environments.  Located 7 minutes from downtown Columbus with easy access to both I-71 and 270, Grove City is an easy and quick commute to just about anywhere you want to go. The slow, structured, and continued growth of our city makes it a hidden gem as a suburb of Columbus.  Housing prices continue to be more affordable than some of the other areas making it a great place for those seeking first time ownership, or for those downsizing.  We are home to the Lanny Wadkins designed Pinnacle Golf Course, of which I am a member, that provides a beautiful and challenging experience for all who love the game of golf.  A genuinely friendly community.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I am part of a large Italian family and of course family is very important to me, so a great deal of my spare time is spent with those I love.  I most enjoyed spending time with my precious parents who have now passed away, but are still in the forefront of my heart.  I enjoyed playing golf, especially in tournaments, as I am somewhat competitive, but not a sore loser!  Being a Sales Manager, and a successful Realtor honestly leaves little "me time", as we generally work 24/7, so it is a good thing I love what I do!

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My most prized possession was a gold pocket watch given to me by my father.  He obtained it by trading a Hershey Candy Bar while guarding Prisoners in WWII.  This past Christmas I gifted it to my Brother with love as my most prized possession.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Passionate!
