Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Katie a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Katie's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I graduated from Jackson High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Sociology from Ohio University: Go Bobcats!

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

It's in my blood! I grew up with Real Estate in my family as my mom has been a licensed Realtor for over 32 years. I began working with her part time while studying at Malone for Graduate School. About a year or so in I thoroughly grew to not only love the job of working with people but being part of helping them with one of the largest purchases and/or sales in their lives. I wanted nothing more but to actively work with our clients and obtained my license in 2013. I can say, without a doubt, this is my dream job!

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

 I live in the Avondale allotment in Plain Township. I absolutely love the charm and character of the homes but overall our neighbors are truly fantastic. We often times watch the deer walking through our backyard and enjoy our doggy play dates with our furry neighbor friends.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I am definetly a foodie and love to not only cook , but to try new food and experience different restaurants.  Spending the warmer months on the water and boating with family is how I spend a huge part of my free time, as well as going to concerts and camping/hiking.  My dog Bosco is the center of attention almost.....always.  Spending quality time with Bosco is great as our free time may often involve work time so getting him out to play with his friends is always a joy!  I am so blessed with such great family and spend much of my time being with the ones I love.
