Jill was a pleasure to work with! My husband and I were searching to find our first home in the East Bay area (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin) and Jill helped us from the beginning of our search, all the way until we found a townhome, perfect for us! Jill was always just a text, call, or email away and was incredibly responsive any time we reached out. She always had an answer for us or was quick to get an answer for us. Jill was also honest and transparent, she never pressured us into offering, or not offering on any properties. She wanted us to be confident in any decision we made. She would provide us with all the information and point out features, as well as potential future repairs during our site tours, so we had a full picture of the pros/cons of each property. Hands down Jill is amazing!!!! We offered her a very large challenge with selling our home. A tear down located on active railroad tracks, and to make it even more interesting, our home hit the market near the beginning of the pandemic. She gratefully took on our challenge and was everything we needed all along the way. Jill used every outlet available to strategically advertise our home to appeal to multiple markets. This led to finding our buyers, and got us full asking price. Jill was truly supportive, always calm and very informative during the actual selling of the property. She held our hands the entire time. Jill is naturally level headed and has a very calming way about her. During the stressful times of the sale she easily was able to listen to us and then assure us everything would be ok, and it always was. . Jill is Just an absolute delight to work with. Whichever direction we chose she was always there to support and guide us. She was very patient in addressing our concerns even during odd hours. She provided moral support when we needed it. It was a pleasure to work with Jill . She went above and beyond . The finance company that we was using did us wrong so we had to find someone else and Jill knew who for us to call all we had to do was make a phone call and they got us pre approved. Jill is a down to earth person . She knew what we was looking for and and when we called her to set up appointments to see a house it took no more then a day sometimes it was with in hours . Every house that we looked at she gave us all the time we needed she even gave us her input about it. You can't say that about every realtor. We don't give Jill Taylor 5 stars we give her 10 stars she is the best.

Every person Jill referred me to was very professional which was very relieving for a first home purchase. Jill was very patient and once she picked up on what I was looking for was able to recommend some great places. I've talk to several real estate agents since my purchase and they all have said Jill is one of the good ones.

We could not have asked for a better Realtor!! Jill is probably one of the best. She kept us very informed through the entire process of home buying and if we had any questions at all she was just a phone call or text away and would get back to us within a few hours. She had great references to help us in other areas of the home purchase as well. Our transaction was one of the smoothest I think possible as I had heard some horror stories of others. I flew up to the Columbus, OH area from Dallas, TX and Jill spent four days with me looking at about 20 homes. The home I finally bought was one that came on the market AFTER I left Columbus. Jill walked through the house, sent photos and videos and helped me decide on the home. She knew what I was looking for and did a great job negotiating terms. This was the first home I bought without ever seeing it in person...not something I would have done without the kind of confidence I had in Jill.
