1. What is your professional/educational background?

BSBA Operations Management, The Ohio State University 

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Real Estate provided an opportunity to create my own business model. It's very rewarding to help someone accomplish their dreams of home ownership. It's a people business that is always changing which is perfect for the person who always wants to learn and grow. 

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Bath Township. It's very scenic, friendly people, convenient to Akron, Canton, and Cleveland, and has a fantastic school district. 

4. How do you spend your free time?

With my 17 year old daughter & 14 year old son. Boating or thinking about boating!

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

  1. Molds of my kids feet and hands when they were born
  2. Pictures of my family & friends
  3. Our Home
  4. Our boat
  5. Hate to say it, but a cell phone

Jim was our agent when we bought five years ago and just recently when we had a very hard sale of a rental property. He is simply the BEST! Jim is so knowledgeable and communicates complex pieces of the process in an easy to understand manner. He treats people so well and has a super humor to make everyone relaxed. I only wish I could buy or sell more homes because working with Jim Hinton is a great experience.
