Biography

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I was a Truck driver / Heavy Hauler for almost 30 years. My wife and I moved to Ohio a little more than 10 years ago from the state of Maine. I worked part time as an archery instructor and a registered Maine guide, taking clients bear and moose hunting.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

Mostly stems from being a guide. I absolutely love seeing people get something that they have worked so hard to get. Also the bad experience we had with our realtor. I don't want anyone to go through that with me as their REALTOR.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

We live in Harrison township. Absolutely love being in the woods. Quietness and all the animals that frequent our property is just amazing.

4. How do you spend your free time?

In the summer we are either by our pool or we are out on our Harley Davidson enjoying a nice ride. We do some 3d achery shoot when we have the time.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My Wife, My Home, My Harley, My Dog and my guns.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Let's see, upon first contacting Big John, the wife and I sent him links to properties to look at, and after seeing them without interest, he suggested telling him exactly what we were looking for and let him work his magic... Work his magic he did indeed. We are very pleased with our home. He was always early waiting for us, very knowledgeable about every priperty/home we visited, and no sign of disappointment when we declined the first few. I think he took it as a challenge.. He overcame the obstacles we presented, and was very helpful with me not being very computer savoy.. Thanks Big John. If no one else tells, I myself want to inform you of the excellent job you do. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, any age, He won't disappoint

John is a great person that looked out for the best interests of everyone involved. This sale would not have closed without John's diligence and expertise. I would give him 10 stars if it was an option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
