2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
Real Estate has always been in my blood and becoming a Realtor was a natural career progression after leaving the Corporate world.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
Bay Village, OH. Love living close to the lake and friendly neighbors.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Home improvement projects, gardening, nature parks, exercising, dining, friends and family

James was a speculative agent. He was patient and professional. He never rushed us or tried to place his opinion on us. I never felt pressured to buy or rushed to list. He always told me it was a process and one which he respected our pace the entire time. He was great at answering questions and just made it a positive experience. I will definetly recommend James to friends and family and to anyone who asks if I know a good agent. James is a valuable asset to the real estate profession.

James offered great advice and was very pro- active in the sales process. He advised us on how to present and prepare the property and he assisted us at every step.
He took on activities without us having to ask him.
When multiple offers came in, he counseled us on the pros and cons of each offer. He asked for our input, and his final advice seemed to be the key to a successful sale.
He was always available and kept us up to date at every step.
I would highly recommend him and any seller would be fortunate to have him/her as his/her agent.

James was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable from start to finish with the selling of our house. Communication was great and he would keep us in the loop about the house on a regular basis. Couldn't have been more satisfied with him, he certainly knows the market very well. Cannot recommend James enough if you are looking for a real estate agent.
