Greg made it about as easy as it reasonably could be. I never felt like a burden on Greg, and he gave me realistic expectations about the process while also remaining optimistic and helpful. I really appreciated that I could just give him my expectations and limits, and leave all the heavy lifting of negotiations to him (where he also saved us a good chunk of money on two different contracts). I know agents probably all *should* work for my best interests, but it's still nice to know that someone takes their duty to represent you seriously even when it results in them taking home less pay on a smaller purchase contract. Hopefully I won't be buying or selling another house any time soon, but I'll be giving Greg a call if I do.
