I first met him over a decade ago, when I was a young, new grad looking to purchase my first property. Since then I have purchased and sold other properties with Eric's assistance. He has a broad knowledge base of Columbus and surrounding areas. He does provide very helpful direction as to the best purchase opportunity and/or best selling price for the market currently available, while also allowing the client (me) to make my own choices and find out for myself what I would like to do. And he has a wide and deep knowledge base, along with much experience in the industry, which makes him valuable to the more seasoned and/or nuanced buyer and seller as well.
