1. What is your professional background?

I have sold residential homes in Canton, Akron, and Cleveland since 2001.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I enjoy helping and educating people on how to buy a home. This career also allowed me the flexible schedule to spend quality time with my family.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in Fairlawn, Ohio, a suburb of Akron. I like being near family and the outstanding school system.

4. How do you spend your free time?

Recently, I like speaking to local groups about the importance of home ownership. I am a secret artist that loves to draw and paint. My family and I like to travel when we get the opportunity.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My bible, family photos, and a few sentimental items given to me by family members.

Erica Britton made our day. She was amazing when looking for our home despite being in the middle of a pandemic. Erica was very accommodating when scheduling home viewings, she was able to schedule after work appointments for us. When we found the right home for our family she was on it with the sellers. We purchased our home 5 years ago from Erica and now she helped us sell it. She told us she would sell it that weekend and she did, we had a full price offer within 3 days.
