I had a wonderful experience working with Evan and Don Johnson over the past 5 months or so. We started working with Evan in about March of 2021, unsure if we were ready to buy our first house. Evan was incredibly helpful and patient. He walked us through probably close to 50 houses, zeroing in on our likes and dislikes and presenting us with multiple offmarket opportunities (which are like gold in the market we are currently working with!). We ran into a few bumps along the way (at no fault of anybody), but Evan and Don were there to explain the process in entirety and to ensure I was comfortable with each step. Thank God for those bumps, because of them, we were able to close on the perfect house for us. Evan worked tirelessly with the closing agent from the moment we walked through the house until the closing (and beyond). He recommended an excellent mortgage broker and insurance broker. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Johnson Cutler Real Estate and how much I loved working with them. We will certainly be working with them again in the far future and recommending them to all of our family and friends entering the housing market.
