Cutler Real Estate asked David a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are David's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

Ten years as a Real Estate Agent focused on buyers and sellers in Cleveland, Canton and all parts in-between.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

My long-standing commitment to client satisfaction, a keen interest in residential architecture, a background in business administration and a preference for a widely varied task set combined to make Real Estate Sales a natural choice for me.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Currently residing on Cleveland's east side (Little Italy area,) and enjoying all the sights, culture and diversity that is found there.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I prefer to spend my time tending to my profession. I am also committed to physical fitness and spiritual growth. When time permits, I like to walk, ride on airplanes and enjoy live theater.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

We have used David now for the better part of a decade. We have bought two homes and sold one. David is professional, but easy going. He is extremely helpful and answers any and all questions/concerns that we had in a timely manner. I feel David has always had our best interests in mind and never steered us in the wrong direction. We would ask to see a house and by him knowing us for so long, would be able to say Yea, that's a great house to look at or no, I wouldn't look at that one. I would recommend David to anyone and everyone. Very pleased with all the work that David has done for us!
