Cutler Real Estate asked David a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are David replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
I graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree. I have spent the past 30 years working in Public Finance including the past 14 years at the Ohio Department of Commerce, overseeing the finances for its eight operating divisions, including the Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.
2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
A career in Real Estate allows me to do two things that I am very passionate about: learn more about housing styles, designs, and construction, and help people navigate the housing market to achieve their goals.
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
My family and I have called Dublin, Ohio home for many years. Dublin has so many great things to offer its residents from quality schools and city services to hike and bike trails and lots of terrific golf options. Dublin offers a mix of old and new to appeal to everyone. It is one of many communities that make central Ohio so great!
4. How do you spend your free time?
Baseball is my favorite past-time. My family and I have been to every major league ballpark in the country. We recently started visiting the minor league stadiums. Also, during my free time, I coach for and run Dublin Travel Baseball for Dublin Youth Athletics.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?
You always have to be prepared for a baseball game with your favorite teams and you never know what players you will see to get pictures with and autographs from while you are there.
6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?
Energetic
