1. What is your professional/educational background?

I have been a Realtor for more than 30 years and have successfully helped thousands of area families buy and sell homes.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I am a self-motivated entrepreneur and I enjoy helping people. I saw an opportunity to develop a business, be innovative and at the same time support my family.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I currently live in North Canton. I enjoy living and serving in this community because in my opinion it has a great school system, parks, shopping and dining. It really is convenient to everything and we have excellent EMS, fire and police.

4. How do you spend your free time?

In my free time I am with my family. I am also actively involved in my church and enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking.

5. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Exceptional service from start to finish! Dominic and his team were highly recommended by a friend who also had an outstanding experience selling their house. We were selling a significantly outdated family member's house and didn't want to put the time and effort into a major overhaul. We had a complex home sale handled for us by Dominic and his team. They did an excellent job handling all the issues that we ran into regarding the property. I was Poa for my brother’s home who unfortunately passed away in the middle of the process. At that time my Poa was no longer in place. Dominic helped walk me through all the obstacles we faced throughout and we thankfully closed yesterday. I would recommend Dominic Fonte & Associates if you're looking for someone to help you sell a property/home that is involved in an Estate and or going through Probate. He was patient explained things thoroughly and helped me stay calm!

Special shout out to Zev Braun for going above and beyond on our most recent sale which was a little more difficult as we were remote.
