Cutler Real Estate asked Connie a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Connie's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

After high school, went to Cosmetology school and then to Columbus State for my Real Estate license. Continued to take real estate courses - GRI etc.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I am a second-generation real estate agent, enjoyed working with different people, and working for myself.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

Grove City - It is the best of the best - we have a great historic district that is in the process of expanding with even more shops and restaurants. Located just off I-71, we have easy access to Columbus, Cincinnati; we have Mount Carmel hospital as well as the Ohio Health branch. The Pinnacle Golf course is a premier course designed by Lanny Wadkins along with a ballroom for events and an upscale restaurant with a garden patio overlooking the 9th hole. We also boast of having the largest alumni softball tournament in the world. Every July, there are 80+ teams that participate with a homecoming in the streets to start off the weekend. Alumni come back from all over the world to participate. Also 2 diversified industry parks for employment.

4. How do you spend your free time?

With my family - sports - music and we spend the winter at our Florida Home.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

I don't put much importance on possessions - I value people and relationships

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Hardworking, motivated, one who doesn't shy away from an argument, fun, open-minded to a certain extent.

The Parrett Group/Megan Chambers made my first time buying a house stress free. Megan was very patient with me until I found the home that checked all of my boxes so to speak! She also gave me great advice about how this current sellers market was going. Megan helped me find the perfect home in my desired location (Grove City). So while I was working full time, going to graduate school full time, and being a single father Megan’s professionalism and patients helped me tremendously! My husband and I cannot recommend Billy Wemlinger and the Parrett Group strongly enough. We had talked about selling our home of 17 years and upon the recommendation of a friend, we called and scheduled a meeting with Billy. From the outset, it was clear that Billy is straightforward, honest, and hard working. He clearly explained everything about the process so we were never met with any surprises. Billy is so good at his job,that we found our new dream home during the first evening we looked at houses! He then worked equally as hard and efficiently at selling our house so the entire process from pictures to contract was wrapped up in a week. The Parrett Group marketing strategy is by far, the best in the area. Billy definitely alleviated much of the stress that goes into buying and selling a home and we cannot thank him enough!

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Kim Wemlinger/The Parrett Group. I couldn't be happier working with Kim. If you're looking to list your home and get it sold quickly I would highly recommend them. Kim will use great new updated techniques to get your home seen by many. She is professional, attentive, and responds quickly to any questions you have through the whole process. It was also great to have Kim's expert negotiation skills to get me the price I wanted!

Megan Chambers is the best! My husband and I had a dream to build. We were basically open to any lot within a 30 mile radius of Columbus. We searched for over a year with Megan's help. She worked evenings and weekends and always emailed and texted back super quickly! She gathered details (utility info, deed restrictions, etc) on probably 20 lots for us and was a joy to work with! She genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to help anyone find real estate! I would recommend her to everyone!

Tracy McDaniel’s and the Parrett Group were outstanding to work with on both the buying and the selling end! This was the first time I have had to do both at the same time, having Tracy there to hold my hand and walk me through the process step by step made this entire process all the easier. Tracy always remained calm and persistent in seeing this through completion, even when we ran into a few small bumps along the way. More importantly, she was always available anytime I had a question, which speaks volumes about her passion for what she does. While realtors typically have multiple clients to helps at all times, Tracy always made you feel like you were first. I highly recommend Tracy and the Parrett Group whenever you are ready to make that move in your life ? Highly satisfied all the way around!!!

I can't say enough about Megan Chambers and The Parrett Group. Our plan to build privately fell thru and we were in a panic. We had no experience with real estate other than new builds. We had TONS of questions and needed expert information and analysis to help us make decisions. Megan was a blessing. She was accessible and responsive beyond our expectations. We appreciated her insight and guidance when evaluating homes as she pointed out things to consider, both positive and negative. Kim Wemlinger, and The Parrett Group, were absolutely fantastic to work with. The selling process of our home was flawless. We had multiple offers the first weekend on the market, after 30+ showings, and sold our home well above list price. I attribute that to their top-notch marketing. They also went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our new home. They truly care about the people they are working with, you are more than just a client.
