Cutler Real Estate asked Brooks a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Brooks's replies.
1. What is your professional/educational background?
- University of Denver School of Business, Major General Business, Minor Leadership

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?
I'm passionate about making connections, building a small business, educating customers, and customer service. In high school, I went to an architectural school for my final two years, I love design, and believe that home ownership the greatest investment you can make. I've seen clients grow their net worth and achieve dreams through investments in personal and rental properties. Being a part of and conduit of my clients growth is a gift!
3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?
I live in New Albany. New Albany is a wonderful family town. There are so many fun, family-friendly events throughout the year, and great access to outdoor recreation for play/parks/sports.
4. How do you spend your free time?
Mostly with family, I have 2 young boys, I also enjoy cooking, and am a passionate sports fan, especially the Columbus Crew.
5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

I'm a huge fan of Brooks. He was introduced to use through mutual friends, and he lived up to their very high words of praise. Brooks was patient, competent, and reassuring through our house buying process. He has continued to be a source of quality information and help even after closing. He is also a source of great gifs. Highly recommended!

Brooks is a fantastic and knowledgeable realtor. Brooks assisted my wife and I in both purchasing and selling a property. During both experiences, Brooks provided an extremely sophisticated knowledge of the local market, was never pushy, and advised with a level head. Brooks can be trusted to get you through either a Buyer or Seller process with comfort and ease.
Also note that Brooks successfully sold our home both during winter and during a very slow real estate market with limited days on the market. He uses his connections, social media, and the resources of his team to quickly and successfully get it done. Bottom line.
