I felt like Amanda was always willing to help with any questions I had, and I had many. The whole process was a lot smoother than I expected it to be. She was very accommodating and I never felt lost at any point during the whole sales process. This was my first home I sold. I used the Cutler Cash Advantage where a partner company buys your new home so you have a place to stay before you sell your home. Then you just buy it back from the partner company. I had a really tight window as I was starting a new job out of town, so this was really helpful. It has its costs of course, but not only did Amanda help with the normal sales of the home but also with setting up the Cutler Cash Advantage too. As I said, the whole process was great. And believe me, I don't hold back feedback. I have no complaints. Thanks Amanda!

I would like to state I would highly recommend Ms. Amanda Smith from Cutler Real Estate to close friends, family, or anyone in need of realty services. She demonstrates all the best qualities of a realtor. Each of us hopes to encounter real estate professionals who know how to combine a personal, caring approach with vast proficiency.  Amanda does this so naturally - and well! I was thoroughly amazed how she could discern the needs in front of me, as a first time buyer, and she truly did everything in her power and capacity to alleviate those feelings of fear or the unknown that resonated with me. Her communication is stellar and outstanding with her clients. I was well versed on all the intricacies every step of the way. She always assured we were all on the same page, and it was evident her most fervent desire was that I was comfortable with everything the purchase entailed, and she succeeded in doing that. Its not uncommon at closing, for their to be questions or concerns looming or lingering. I had no further concerns whatsoever. She is also very kind and authentic to her clients and those associated with the purchasing process. You aren't just a statistic, but a valued holistic person. She always cared how I was doing each day, even when non related stress issues surfaced, and desired to do anything she could to mitigate any issues I was grappling with. Her dedication, patience and promptness really sticks out like a sore thumb as well. The trust and value I place with Amanda is immense and I will be using her again in the near future.
