Annette is and continues to be unbelievably valuable to me. I have been working with real estate agents for the last 30 years. The majority of them are pretty good. But nothing like Annette. Annette is operating at a higher level to the likes that I have never seen. She is really good about knowing everything that's in the so-called book and more importantly she's a seasoned professional that knows what to look for that won't show up in any kind of documentation or manual. She is awesome at anticipating the unanticipatable. She knows what works, she knows what doesn't work, and is really good at telling you where the possible traps are at so you can avoid them.
