This is the second home I have sold with Amy and Mallory. I also bought a home thru them. Mallory has a way of making you feel at ease with the whole process. Buying/ selling a home is stressful, Amy and Mallory took great care of me. They worked with me on what value my home should be and they got me over asking price. Overall I would recommend them and will use them again when I'm ready to buy.

I thoroughly enjoyed having Mallory as our real estate agent. She was readily available to show us a home (in a sellers market we couldn’t wait too long on anything) and I really liked the auto notifications she would send when a brand new listing in my target area/price range became available. Mallory was a great help finding my first home this summer. She is always quick to get walk thrus scheduled and was very patient with my two year old son. She has great contacts for financing and inspection. She got the sellers to agree to install a radon pump and buy homeowners insurance which I ended up using. It was intimidating seeing all the other potential buyers in the market show up to open houses but Mallory got me into my dream home! Love love love our new house! I definitely recommend her to anyone looking in this tough buyers market!
