Probably the MOST patient realtor I've ever met! Organized scores of showings for us and we have a very unique family with very unique requirements. Finally, when the right house showed up, Kevin used his creative character to secure a contract. In spite of remedy issues, Kevin plowed through and persisted until closing and even sweetened the pot out of his own pocket to make things work out.I would highly recommend Kevin Clark with 5 stars!

I relocated from Dallas to Columbus to take a C-level position with a national company headquartered in Columbus in early January 2021. I was referred to Kevin Clark in December, prior to my relocation while looking for homes. As everyone knows the availability of homes for sale in Columbus, Ohio, especially in Dublin area, has been very limited and challenging. After looking at the most desirable homes listed for sale, we made the decision to find a rental home to provide us with more time to explore all options. Kevin was able to leverage his extensive network to get us a rental agreement on a new condominium that was listed for sale by the developer in Bridge Park, Dublin. After touring a number of homes listed for sale, we decided to explore the construction of a new contemporary home near Dublin. Again, Kevin was able to leverage his network to identify a number of new custom home construction community options. Once we selected a community of all custom homes, Kevin set up meetings with four builders who all proved to be outstanding. However, the unprecedented supply chain disruptions and national shortage of critical construction trade contractors, pushed our construction timeline to over 24 months. This was very problematic, especially as home financing rates are expected to increase over the same time period. As such, Kevin suggested we explore a number of new condominium and townhome development projects in downtown Columbus. A few weeks ago Kevin introduced us to the staff at Parks Edge Condominium that was completing the last of three towers, the North Tower. My wife and I really liked the project and were very impressed with the 15 year tax abatement. A few weeks later we signed a purchase agreement and we are finalizing the customization of the new condominium.Overall, Kevin is one of the best and most creative, resourceful, and professional real estate agents I have ever worked with, and we have relocated 10+ times across six States over the past 20 years. Whether it was identifying residential communities for a new home build, exploring the real estate tax burden, identifying top builders, identifying top quality contractors, or finding a home financing expert, Kevin is your "one stop" indispensable expert consultant and highly networked professional to get it done and done right!

We had GREAT experience with Kevin. He was patient and did not push us but rather allowed us to view as many homes as we wanted to. In addition he gave sound advice and guidance. Kevin was very accomodating. Due to Covid 19 I could not travel to Ohio to tour, inspect or purchase my condo in person. (My primary home is in Texas).
